Thomas Court in Canterbury features twelve, one-bedroom apartments.

Each apartment has access to a shared courtyard.  There are parking spaces, charging points for electric vehicles and shared cycle storage. 

The building also has door entry access and CCTV monitoring throughout all communal areas.

Victoria Court in Canterbury contains ten, one-bedroom apartments.

There is also a two-bedroom apartment and two studio houses. Both of the studio houses have separate entrances.

Burgate Apartments

Burgate Apartments in Canterbury has Burgate One and Three, each which have seven studio apartments.  Burgate Two contains seven studio apartments and a one bedroom apartment. 

Burgate Apartments is centrally located within the City wall with some apartments having views overlooking Canterbury Cathedral.

Each apartment has access to shared cycle storage.  The building also has door entry access and CCTV monitoring throughout all communal areas.
